Oh yeah, that weight thing...

Slight problem over here. I've been so focused on the bleeding that I've neglected to realize that the vomiting is causing me to lose weight - like 10 lbs in 2 weeks. I'm able to hold down about one meal a day. And even that is a stretch.

So - any hints of foods that might stay down? I won't even go into the list of things that don't. :)

I didn't end up losing weight the first trimester but didn't gain any either - and you know how sick I was. But the sickness stopped after about 15 weeks and I really started packing the weight on then. Don't worry - you will be able to catch up and fatten those babies up!

Things that worked for me:

Icy poles
Clear beef broth
watermelon

And sometimes, tea.

Not the greatest for gaining weight though. I didn't lose any weight with this pregnancy, but with Amy's, I lost about 8kg (17lbs). Not the most pleasant thing in the world.
