Tonight I was able to hang out with some friends from college. Which was a long time ago (I graduated in '99 - so that's what? 10 years ago??).

I enjoyed seeing how little people have changed. And how much I changed since I was there. People tended to stick in the same circles that they hung out with the first time around. And we retold the same stories we lived back then...who dated what guy, what party that happened at...why we were wearing similar outfits (what WAS with overalls back then??).

I don't want to go back to the past. I'm happy I enjoyed that time, but I'm also happy it's over. I'm a different person than I was back then - but these people remember me as I was - not how I am. I wonder if they'd like the new me too??
